Return Policy

 

If for some reason the customer does not send the required documentation or the agency does not accept any order, the customer may have their money returned within 15 days.

This warranty applies in cases where the client has not provided us with the documentation required to perform the consultancy.

Unenforceable provisions

If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.

Sending the printed cards, only happened after the customer approves all desing developed.

After the approval ship until the next business day.

 

For the development of graphic desing, we send up to 2 business days.

All products are revised before shipping, if you check any print or quality error sends us by the same address as it is on the site or printed in the box.

​

You will receive a new shipment in up to 2 days.

​

If you do not agree, you can request your money again.

You'll have your money right back in up to 2 business days.
