IWe do not ship merchandise to other locations, only to customers who buy and maintain the machines with us.

Shipping policy​We don't ship goods. Recurring damage prevented us from continuing with shipments.​

Customers can pick up directly with us or we can send a technician who speaks Portuguese or Spanish, we have freelance technicians registered in several different locations and states, you can pay directly to him for the maintenance.​

If there are replacement parts or you need a new cartridge, we will send you an invoice, payment link or you can even be paid on the website within 4 days.
